Each spring during Screen Free week (formerly TV-Turn off week), the Staff Wellness Committee of the Halton District School Board presents Pose for A Cause. This free 60 minute yoga class is open to students, staff and members of the community. This event provides a fun opportunity to engage in physical activity and aims to reduce our dependency on entertainment screen media which includes television, video games, computers and hand held devices. Voluntary donations have been directed towards the Halton Learning Foundation and Free The Children.
