Big Bike Events

In support and celebration of the Board’s health and wellness initiatives in June 2014, staff members from the Halton District School Board entered five teams in the Heart & Stroke Big Bike events

The Heart & Stroke Big Bike is a fundraising event in which participants ride a large bike built for 30. Teams fundraised for the foundation and celebrated by riding the Big Bike around the community in support of heart disease and stroke research.

Robert Bateman High School, New Street Education Centre, JW Singleton Education Centre, Craig Kielburger Secondary School and Oakville Trafalgar High School entered teams
